You’ve asked and we’ve listened. Better Beer Society University is coming back to Republic in 2018, and we’re excited to share first with you the new Showcase Series.

The mission of BBSU is to use education to make craft beer culture accessible to everybody that enjoys a good beer. For more than four years, the original BBSU explored more than 60 different beer related topics with local, national, and international beer experts and was a formative experience for many in Minnesota’s beer community.

Our goal with the new BBSU Showcase is to capture the spirit that guided our earliest semesters. The evolution of our beer community offers many tales. We’d like to invite you to sit down in an intimate setting and hear 12 unique stories from breweries across our state; tales of inspiration, heartache, laughter, and ultimately, tales of success and what it took to bring their beer to you. 

We’ll enjoy a featured welcome beer from each brewery, along with unique samples to round out the hour long event. So, let’s leave the notebooks at home this semester and let’s have a little fun, shall we? There is a 12 pack discount for those joining us the entire semester, or new this year, we’ll offer individual sessions for each week.

BBSU will be held every Wednesday, beginning February 21st and run through Wednesday May 9th, 2018 and begin at 7pm and run approximately 1 hour. Event is held at Republic in their Aux Room.
