Concierge Service

Our Premium partners can rely on Better Beer Society for the following unique services… round the clock assistance with scheduling events and tastings. Our experienced industry experts can be your first call for assistance executing your market strategy. (Product drops at corporate accounts, creative sampling and event ideas, market expertise on demand)

Automatic Shift Scheduling

Better Beer Society offers automatic shift scheduling for key chain and independent accounts allowing your focus to be on other important strategies. Scheduling shifts can be a tedious process, and Better Beer Society is here to remove that burden. Whether it be your usual monthly tastings at Total Wines, or a big BOTM promotion at every store in a particular chain, we will get them all scheduled without you needing to lift a finger

Field Quality

Better Beer Society’s Field Quality team will work in conjunction with brewery sales management to identify in-house quality initiatives, procedures and priorities. This could include key account audits at either on or off premise, assistance with QA/QC, true to brand, sensory panels, etc.

Online Resource Portal

Partners of Better Beer Society’s 4th Tier will receive unique access to an online resource portal allowing access to sales data, direct payment options, receipts, invoices, and much more. This portal will allow for constant communication.

On Premise Team

Our Premium partners have exclusive access to our “On-Premise” team. This hand selected group has been chosen because of their ability to demonstrate their exceptional skillset, not only in their genuine personalities, but also in their unique ability to represent the brand through strong knowledge and an often-needed softer sales approach.

Festivals & Trade Shows

Whether you simply want to enjoy a weekend away with your family or friends, or you require extra hands on deck to run your booth (including set up / tear down) Better Beer Society provides you with a convenient staffing option through our Premium package or as an add-on to your existing package.

Pricing Surveys

Premium partners will have the opportunity to have a ’50 Accounts’ survey conducted on their behalf. Includes 5 products of their choice. Find out what your competitors are up to and how your products are aligned.

Distributor Presentations / Rollout Assistance

Big roll outs and new products can really add to a person’s workload. Our experienced Market Manager can present new products to distributor partners on your behalf.

Product Purchase Option

For your convenience, and in adherence with legalities, Better Beer Society offers our BA’s credit cards to make purchases of your product for sampling.

BBS Newsletter Strategy

Let us build a customer database for you during our tastings and events. Includes setting up databases and collecting email addresses to reach consumers directly.
